"Stayed here in my own as I had a training course to attend. The outside of the hotel looks amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room smelt very clean and was perfect for my stay. There was a good choice of breakfast. The hotel was very quiet. Would highly recommend!"

"We arrived on 2/5, everyone of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, explained everything to you , the rooms are big , aswell as the bed!! Comfy , everything you want in a room was in! Breakfast was so organised and plenty of, so you don’t go hungry , it was amazing , derek (staff) was a joy to chat too, funny with our granddaughter With his jokes ! My granddaughter went swimming ! I cannot fault anything with this hotel , but I will be using this hotel everytime I come to Hemel Hampstead it’s a 6 ⭐️ for me !"

"Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue."
