"The stay overall was fine, but, we arrived late in the evening, and the windows in the room were open - on a chilly evening, and we couldn't get the heating to work. And the water pressure in the shower was very poor, which was a major disappointment, as the actual shower looked very inviting.."

The bed base might looked like it had been made with pallets, and the mattress was just as uncomfortable. The window handle was broken, so couldn't be secured. The room was dirty and tired. Avoid like the plague, unless you want the plague!"

"This spa retreat is fully equipped with all needed to rest and rejuvenate in the same location. Everything and everyone was top tier in service and presentation. The only let down was the food and even that was fine it just didn’t match the other areas of excellence"
