"Property is in need of more staffing. Long lines to check in, computers not working and masses of people in lobby all day to check in at 3pm. Pool staff some days good others horrible. The beach scene was a nightmare. We stayed at one hidden pool. Bathrooms are pool out of order and some days no towels.The hotel key system constantly had issues. We were charged $153 for opening the refrigerator where I keep a few protein shakes. You can’t use refrigerator! At all a mini bar only. No free coffee. The up sale in restaurants was crazy. Expect $50 for breakfast 2 and $200 for dinner in any restaurant.
FYI use cabs not Uber the city is trying to keep Vegas from becoming NYC they are not allowed in hotel main entrance and from airport will leave you miles away in a parking garage! Our room was always cleaned and ready which was nice. We spent so much time trying to get concierge on phone or going to from desk was ridiculous. Even 5am lines. No concierge on site only phone which was crazy to me. Put on your walking shoes 1200 steps to Starbucks! Order ahead. Enjoyed our stay but my husband had conference and we stayed 5 days longer was a part time job managing needs and issues with front desk!"
