"First off, we went during the BTS El Paso concert weekend. I had anxiety all week once I heard people's reservations at other hotels were being cancelled. Thankfully, my reservation at this hotel was still being honored. Check In for me was very fast; I got my room keys in about 5 minutes. The property is pretty big with winding pathways but they provided us with a map so we could try to find our way. The room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was cold and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. I really saw no issues with the room. The closet doors were off the hinges but other than that, the place was great. I'd stay here again when in El Paso."

"Please the check in time in the hotel was too late we arrived almost 12, they did not give us a room, the clerk girl Fer was kind with an incident with my girl, congrats, the swimming pool dirty, breakfast at 8:30 awful (food disgusting)! You closed drink fountain after breakfast hours, I only wanted water. "

"Not a negative but air condition or the device is next to bed a little bit to close. Staff was really helpful and assisted us with fast service even before checking in time. Very grateful since we drove out of town for BTS CONCERT for 12 hours and we're not charging 1000s per night as other places."

"The property was clearly not ready for all of the people. We were originally given a room that was clearly under renovation or construction. There were thick layers of dust and debris all over and no bedding. Our new room was much better but still had dirt and dust in every corner of the room along with lots of dog hair on the furniture. The extra bedding we received had varying sizes of burn holes. Thankful we didn’t see any bugs because we fully expected to. "

"Our floor was very dirty and gritty, there was a long piece of toilet paper stuck to the bathroom door, and there was minimal amenities. The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfy."
