"Rooms are falling apart (literally) Actual filth including trash and wads of hair are present in the elevator and inside the building. Several items were broken. No hangers. Holes in the wall in my room. "

"Springhill suites is doing some remodeling. We had stayed here before and we’re very happy with it which is why we booked again. The front desk when we first arrived was a very nice young man who took great care of us as we were retired. We were out all day the next day, and when we were returned, We found that our room had not been cleaned or beds made up. I had to take our dirty towels and glasses downstairs to trade them out and was told they just didn’t know what happened. The beds were made the next day but again no clean glasses. The beds were very comfortable, and the complementary breakfast buffet was better during the weekdays than on the weekends. Great location."
