"Clean rooms, top floors a bit stuffy. No air vent switch in restrooms. Other than that it was great! They have indoor pool and arcades for the kiddos. Lots of slots and a Starbucks yay! Will definitely come back again :) "

"Good location but elevators were an issue, especially during check out. We were waiting 10+ minutes multiple times and we wound up having to lug all of our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. Not sure if we will stay again, there isn't a great place to enter the hotel with your luggage, there are stairs and carpet which made it challenging. "

"Parking garage is filthy! Room was clean. Love that they are pet friendly. I booked a lake view room but only got a partial view (paid for a full view) Our sink was clogged so we waited about an hour for our sink to get fixed. "
