"It was amazing"

"As soon as you walk in to check in, cigarettes. Yes, I am old school, I get that every casino will smell of cigarettes. However, most have now learned how to pump in some air freshener. Charged not only a resort fee but the city tax as well. Totalling well over $60 extra a night. The entire hotel is in shambles. Tape to hold the carpets down. Elevators were incredibly dirty, like the walls, doors and floors had never been wiped down. The same filth was on the walls the entire 3 day stay. The bathroom in the room was very large, however, water pressure was not good and water temperature was a touch above warm. Also not cleaned as well as it could have been. Room smelled like onions upon check in. The only saving grace is the location. Right next door to the Tahoe Blue event center. Close to other casinos and downtown. Very walkable. "

"Good stay. Room was large and clean however it was next to elevator shafts that were noisy. They also charged an extra $28 for checking in 20 minutes early "

"Breakfast is not included or offered. Convenient location. Checking out is seamless. Make sure to leave the pool towels in your room or they will charge you $25 for each one. "

"My stay was very short, and i didnt experience many of the available amenities. But the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room service was great."

"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"
