The main thing i liked about the property is modern and stylish and very close to all amnesty. Eventhough we haven't used their restaurants for those who wants they do have restaurants and bar available. The staff speak perfect english and are very helpful. The room is clean but the toilets look dated and had some issues with the flash, basically the water doesn't stop running. I am sure it has been fixed by now, because they have a guy who goes around the rooms and check for faults.

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and the pool was really good. The only issue is that it is quite far from the centre of Bologna but buses were available to get there reletively easily.

Fantastic trip

This was our first time in Bologna and we knew nothing about the city’s hotels. Now having been there, we’re so glad we chose the Aemilia hotel. It’s a little outside the old centre but only a 10-15 minute walk from all the sights. Being outside the centre means that it’s quiet at night. It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well

Lovely staff, great breakfast and overall excellent value. A lot of space for parking but you should only go here if you travel by car. If you do so, this is a fabtastic hotel for a very reasonable price

Situated outside Bologna excellent bus service from outside the hotel. Brilliant would stay again,excellent value.

Beautiful setting. Upgraded to a lovely old cottage - large room, direct access to garden, elegant decor, big bathroom , first rate a/c. Excellent poolside restaurant, quality breakfast in sunken grotto. Secure underground onsite parking. Only minus was lack of lighting in room - only 2 bedside lights - other main light switched off after a few seconds, no way to keep it on.

Very nice hotel situated just 15 mins walk from the main square. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were nicely furnished, and were kept spotlessly clean by the staff each day. The breakfast was excellent with fresh and tasty produce every day, and everything was replenished immediately. The gym was another great find with new techno gym equipment. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and it was just as good as last year. I love this hotel. The staff, the pool area everything is just great. I always feel very looked after when I stay here. The breakfast is superb too.

A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena.

Free car parking and a bus stop outside the hotel made this an excellent place to stay in our mini break to the super car museums. Great breakfast in the morning kept us going too!

I was surprised when I arrived, driving through a small tree lined driveway to the hotel. The staff on reception were very friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. I was really pleased with my room, it was cosy and felt authentically Italian and very clean. The bed was comfortable and had good quality linen. The breakfast was self service and so much choice, it was very enjoyable, staff were very quick to replace items and clear tables, very efficient. I would definitely stay at this...
