The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was close to the centre, which made exploring easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This little gem in the heart of Bologna is a must for any traveller. It's a beautiful apartment set in an original old Italian property, perfectly located within walking distance of all the shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions. Mary is a wonderful host who genuinely goes out of her way to look after you and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. A simple but lovely gesture was the complimentary breakfast at a local coffee shop on our last morning - such an unexpected...

Great location, spacious room, lovely bathroom. Wee amenties. Good simple breakfast. Table with coffee, water, packaged cakes in the corridor at the rooms. Very friendly staff

Amazing facilities and great days, wonderful experience

Lovely room, staff, and amenities. Would stay again.

Ideal location and room. The only complaint is the noise, you can hear the streets and adjoining rooms but it wasn’t that much of an issue.

Lovely place, bit tricky to find the exact spot but as soon as we called there was a guy there in minutes and showed us around, the facilities were excellent and the room was immaculate

Lovely welcome from reception. Room very clean and had all you need. Great location.

The owner was so helpful and hospitable and had my room ready early for me to check in. The room was spacious, comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay here again as not only did I enjoy my of night stay but it's so close to the train station/airport bus and the centre of this attractive city. Great wifi too, nice and fast.

The location was good. Everything was really walkable. 30min walk away from the train station, it almost put me off, but Bologna is a really good city to walk with suitcases (we got a huge suitcase and a small one). The B&B was in a quiet location. The host that received us was super helpful, giving us all his favourites food spots. There is not in-front desk so if you are not there at 3pm for the check in. Make sure to let them know your ETA in time. The room was spacious and clean with...

Very clean and quiet despite being in the city centre. With great access to many restaurants and coffee shops of high quality.

Mario was great, very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is in a brilliant location, a short walk from the train station and is right in the Center of Bologna as the name says. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Bologna

Brilliant place to stay post ironman clean and spacious. Host allowed me to park car and leave it until later afternoon. More of struggle with bigger car. Generous check out time of 11am (not quite 11.30 as advertised but no big deal).
