"Didn't use laundry service. Breakfast was ok, but worst coffee I had in 14 Italian cities. Also, Expedia stated 1 adult, 1 room which is what I wanted. At check in the staff scrolled way down in the reservation where it said one bed in 8 bed dorm. I felt deceived."

"Lovely historical hotel. Beautiful rooms and common areas. It was such a joy to stay and enjoy Bologna. Could not be more central and quiet. "The room was clean and fine for the price however there was no ventilation- we were a bit warm after traveling all day and there was no air conditioning, or even a fan. The staff said it was turned off for the winter (it was April), so we had to sleep with the windows open and our room was on the street- with people going to the train station nearby all night, it was really loud and hard to sleep."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay, this is in a great location if you arriving or leaving Bologna by train (or Marconi Express to the airport) - It’s also walking distance to the centre. The staff here are excellent, we had a minor issue with something in the room and it was fixed without any drama whilst we were out for dinner. Breakfast was good, great to see local options available. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice hotel, however, the rooms are definitely not sound proofed (you can hear everything from the road and other rooms) and as others have said the air con wasn't working/is centrally controlled so was red hot. "
