"The room was nice enough. However, there was a black hair in the sink when we arrived to our room. There were bobby pins on the nightstand next to the bed as well. So the room definitely wasn’t cleaned well. The casino was fine. Had dinner at the Riverside restaurant… it was truly one of the worst meals of my life. I had mashed potatoes with my dinner and they tasted like sour milk. Obviously, after the first bite, I ate no more, but I was sick to my stomach, the rest of the night. The salad was brown, wilted lettuce with a few croutons on top. I obviously did not eat breakfast at any of the restaurants in the casino after the horrible dinner. (The steak was rubbery, the steamed veggies were okay) I checked out early in the morning and went to breakfast down the street. Will not be staying there again."

"We booked at Harrah’s for our honeymoon and it was very disappointing the room was very dirty and smelly everything in the was so old And it didn’t look nothing like the room we booked online "

"Our room/bathroom was clean and nice. Our room had a Tube TV that had 5 channels. LOL. Tube TV's haven't been produced for 20-years. Overall, it was a good value and a nice stay. We will probably stay there again. "

"Its a okay spot not the nicest or the cleanest and far away from a lot of things. Everything closes to early for being so far away from restaurants and stores. Pizza was delicious though 😋 we had maintenance in our room EVERY night the TV would not work and someone would have to come in and manually fix it."
