"Driving up to the property, we immediately knew the hotel is not maintained. The signage in front of the property said “hotel” not Yuma Inn and Suites, just “hotel.” We checked in and removed the top layer of bed comforter. On both beds we saw human hair on the sheets. On one bed there were yellow spots and what appeared to be a dirt mark from a shoe. Further, there was a used bandage on the carpet. Clearly, the housekeeper failed to change the bed sheets. I was very disappointed, packed my bags and for the safety of my family we reserved a room at another hotel. I showed the front receptionist the images I captured with my phone and told him we were checking out. Although I appreciate him offering me another room, I was not convinced, based on my observations, of not just my room, but the entire property, that there is a serious failure on the part of management to keep this property clean and safe for their customers. Never again!"
