"Our stay was good, no problems checking in or out. Since I only use the hotel to sleepover because during the day we are usually all day at the river or the dam enjoying the water boating and riding jet-skis we have no big issues but think the rooms could use a little update. Over all is a good hotel."

"hotel and staff were good and accomodating but staying in the south tower with 6 elevators (2 were broken) for 26 floors was ridiculous....at certain times of the day the wait time to enter onto the elevator going up or down was up to 15-20 min! next time I will know to stay in the north tower...they had SEVERAL elevator options to use."

"It was great for the price. Stayed on 2 2nd floor where it was renovated supposedly. Not the best but it was fine. Everything worked . Staff was super nice. Close to the lake and bridge."

"We had a 2 bed/2 ba suite. The main bedroom was ok but the 2nd bedroom was very small with no closet and no dresser so clothes had to stay in the suitcase. The kitchen had a full size fridge which was great. It did have 3 pools and my son loved the slide but this pool was very small. The jacuzzi unfortunately was attached to the small kids pool with the slide. The resort was pretty big and having the boat rental attached to the hotel was great. The village attached to the resort was a little disappointing as there were only a few small stores and a few places to eat and the stores all close at 3. The pizza place was Amazing though. Staff was very friendly. Overall we had a good time, it just seemed like the photos and descriptions were a little exaggerated. We would stay there again just with lower expectations."
