"I didn’t feel safe here. Posted on the door is a reminder to look out your peephole before leaving your room. I have never had to do that in my life. Also did not like the fact that you can’t go straight from the casino to your room without going outside, especially at night. When I stayed there, the people across fro me on the 2nd floor, sat outside most of the night, watching people. I felt like prey"

"Where do we begin? We arrived to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary..a quick weekend trip . We were in line to check in for about 15 mins. We were not greeted, just a hand raised...."Next" said the not so pleasant lady behind the counter. Tried to engage in conversation "ID" please..was all she said. I said we are excited to be here to celebrate our big 18 wedding anniversary. No response from her at all.. very robotic.. no smile or anything heres your keys..elevator behind you..arrived to our room..strong smell of smoke and cleanser. We requested a smoke free room. We leave to go get food. We return and there isn"

"Deceiving! We were looking forward to our stay but were EXTREMELY disappointed. Our check in process was a mess as our room key kept getting deactivated. Front desk is nothing shy of useless and clueless. They were unable to provide us with a resolution other than to wait. The rooms itself are OLD and DIRTY! We had gnats all over our room, the AC was not cooling properly, phone was missing buttons as mentioned by a previous guest and the tv was discolored. Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are kid sized. I have no idea how this place is considered a “4-star” hotel when it lacks basic necessities. The rooms are old and unkept. Save yourself the trouble and money - BOOK ELSEWHERE!"

"We went for a spur of the moment thing with nothing but what was on our backs from Prescott where I was getting a haircut and when we arrived the staff gave us a room upgrade due to slow season with a beautiful room amazing sunrise, room was very clean I always inspect the sheets and blankets and pillows perfect trip "
