"Very nice upscale hotel with excellent location in Hanover with a short walk to Main Street and university. Unfortunately, property notified us the night before our stay that they would not be serving breakfast due to staffing shortages."

"The room smelled clean when I walked in and was very clean! I walked around barefoot even (don’t attack me lol) and the bottom of my feet were still clean which says a lot in my opinion. the bed was alright but the sheets and pillows were really comfortable. the area was quiet and is very close by to a lot of places. They were mostly a 5-10 min drive. The staff was very kind and pleasant to talk to! "

"We have stayed at the Hanover Inn many times. It is a beautiful upscale Inn with lots of attention to detail. The front desk team members are so caring and well trained. The only concern we had during this trip was the valet service. They were very disorganized, lack solid communication and customer service skills. Unfortunate because they are the first interaction of a visitors stay at the beautiful Inn. "

"The room had a food smell. There were little black flies in the room. When I notified the desk the gentleman said he would be sure to report it to the proper person. No offer of a discount on the price of the room or even a voucher for a future stay which I never would have used. Not interested in staying there again. "
