Usually, when you book an airport hotel you expect compromises. Not so here. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful, but not intrusive. Also, I had never seen an automatic 24 hour coffee machine that made a decent cup of coffee. Now I have. Their coffee machine in the breakfast area was very impressive. I'll be back.

Breakfast was great. The hotel room itself was ok. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the hot water made a very annoying loud noise. There was even writing on the back of the bathroom door. Cable tv and internet provided and quiet location near the hotel. Coffee and tea and cookies available all day.

I had a last-minute stay in West Lebanon due to weather, and the hotel was perfect. It was very close to many restaurants and shops to get the items I needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space was clean and comfortable. The only thing I thought needed improvement was the breakfast. It lacked a variety of offerings and was a bit disappointing.
