"No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. Verdict - we would stay there again, but for the lack of hot water for showers. Let us know when you get that problem fixed."

"I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. They also provided lemon water all day for their guests. The continental breakfast was also good. The only issue we had was our bathroom sink did not drain well."
