"The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I told her I had requested as high a room as possible and a second room close to mine as I was traveling with family. She got us on the top floor and the views were incredible. Made my 12 year old so happy and excited! The rooms are new and clean. No noise complaints. Only one small complaint - no water bottles waiting or offered upon arrival and no small bath necessities such as cotton balls, shower cap, which we needed and typically receive at other hotels. "

"Clean with old School vibe and wonderful staff. Right near 79th Subway Station for downtown access , many varied restaurants within easy walking distance. The restaurant on site was also great. Loved that you could walk to Central Park every day."
