Lovely clean room with plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and lots of it.

Fabulous boutique hotel, circa 5 min walk to the waterfront. Beds are so so comfy and the freshly cooked breakfasts will keep you going all day long. The staff can't do enough for you and if we return to Victoria we would definitely choose this hotel!! A hidden gem

A comfortable, clean and well presented hotel in a convenient location with helpful and friendly staff. In addition, an excellent restaurant serving delicious food and a very good selection of beverages. Overall, a superb hotel that is value for money and of a high standard throughout. I would strongly recommend a stay at the Magnolia. I thoroughly enjoyed mine.

Good location in Victoria with ample Restaurants in the vicinity. Nice view of the harbour from our room. My one bit of advice if arriving by car is to ready the instructions provided by the hotel as my phone satnav did try to direct me via a route down Yates Street that was not possible. The Hotel mentions this as a likely problem - though doesn’t actually explain the correct route - basically you need to be on Wharf Street to access the short Spur of Yates street that takes you to the car...

Beautiful stay. Excellent accommodation at this independently owned hotel. Really nice atmosphere and stunning room with a view of the harbour. Aura restaurant is also a real asset at this hotel with delicious food.

Perfect location and hotel for visiting Victoria, all walkable or jump on the little ferry style boat.

A charming historian family home converted in to a period inn, keeping the feel of a bygone age. Great staff, position, room and a wonderful breakfast.

Our room was a very comfortable suite with a separate bedroom and a queen bed in the lounge area which suited our family. The kitchenette was compact but had very useful items in it. The hotel is on the main road into downtown Victoria and there are lots of buses going both ways which was excellent. Also opposite Zed is a shopping centre, you can walk across in 2 minutes, it has a great food court, lots of shops and a supermarket. The staff were fun, relaxed and very helpful. We enjoyed...

Hotel room was beyond my expectations - what an incredible view from the bedroom window as well! Jetted tub and rainfall shower were highlights. I could imagine this as a cosy get away in the winter where the fire place would add to the ambience (definitely not needed for my summer stay). Gorgeous herotage building with character. Plenty of amenities and exceptional breakfast, with homemade cookies and buns available during the day. We had a lively, romantic stay and will definitely be back.
