"Room was clean and had a microwave and small fridge, which we weren't expecting. Staff was pleasant, but seemed understaffed at front desk. Long wait to check-in because of a single difficult customer ahead of us. No response to call to front desk for minor issue. Went down to front desk -- long line for check in with a single person at desk."
