While I didn't get names of the staff, two good humans who worked the front desk around 8PM last night made my experience in finding a place to stay after a cancelled flight SO much better. They were friendly, calm, and super helpful for my overnight stay. The room was gorgeous, the shower was the BEST (water pressure was amazing), and I slept soundly in a comfortable bed. "I enjoyed my stay. The only draw back is their pet policy. They need to inform third party companies of their pet policy, they want you to call ahead to verify availability on rooms for pets. "

"This was not a hotel. bad neighborhood and we could not even get in to check in. no answer when we called. homeless sleeping out front and no markings on door. we drove past it 3 times. we had to pay $170 at another hotel."
