"Rooms extreemly outdated, complete lack of charging stations in room, hot tub falling apart with broken concrete and coping, unstaffed ski check, on site restaurant closed for season, no room services such as maids, spotty shuttle service, ski in/out not maintained or groomed, and bathrooms in room need massive update."

"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

"The room, location, and breakfast were excellent. I thought it was odd that one of the staff members would not let my group store our luggage at the hotel when we couldn’t check in early. One of the staff members was not welcoming but I thought the other staff members were friendly. "

"This is a nice new hotel that is centrally located. I prepaid for breakfast and was told they were too busy to take any orders when we went to eat. They offered a refund (after I asked the Front desk for it) which I never received. This is full hotel vibe if that is what you are after. Clean and new bartenders are great. "
