Great place. Clean ( they don't clean the room or make the beds every day) comfortable. Spacious room. Great location. The shower wasn't that good- week pressure and not hot enough. But all in all a great stay at a great price.

The location of the hotel is great. Cross the street is the outlet mall and Market Basket. Nearby have various restaurants. The hotel itself was renovated last year so looks very new. Inside hallway and room are very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay. The only thing we don’t like is the loud noise when you flush the toilet, especially at night when people are sleeping. Otherwise it’s a very good stay.

Everything else was great! The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was nice. We got a room on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, there was loud banging noise until around 11 p.m. from above and it started again around 6 a.m. It sounded like someone moving furniture or jumping. It was very disruptive and made it difficult to rest I would have given five stars, but the noise affected my stay. If you have a choice, I recommend requesting a higher floor. Otherwise, everything was good!

Although the hotel reviews weren’t great, we found the location to be quite convenient. It’s a good place to stay if you’re travelling to Lincoln, with plenty of restaurant options and quick shopping nearby. However, the hotel management and service could definitely be improved. Check-in took quite a while due to some inexperienced staff. Our room key/card also stopped working unexpectedly, although it was fixed quickly. The room service was another area that could use improvement. The room wasn’t vacuumed properly, and overall, the housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, the location was the main positive for us, but the service and management need some improvement.

Did not let us know that the pool was closed until after we booked it. And there was no room to sit at breakfast. The room was nice.
