Also, the bathroom ventilation could use some help… unless the goal is to preserve the atmosphere for future guests."

"We stayed in the king room with jacuzzi half the jets didnt work in it, the bed was very uncomfortable (i stay in the best western hotels 4 nights per week for my job and have no other issues with the beds in thise hotels) the bed itself was leaning towards the right when i told the front staff about the complaint they said oh thats a new mattress. I woke up more sore than i have in the last few months. "
