"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. "This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "
