"The room was in an excellent location. It suited my needs and was an excellent value. For 1 person its great . Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out."

"The property was clean and was comfortable for 5 people. We stayed for 10 days and we loved it. The description in the website were accurate and the staff was really nice and accommodating. The mattresses weren't very comfy but they were good enough. Location was great. Will totally come again with my family. Thanks for hosting us!"

"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of โโJerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"Our stay at the David Citadel in Jerusalem was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the location is incredible, and the atmosphere makes it feel like a very special place. What stood out most, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding. There was really only one negative part of our stay. We were in room 945, and unfortunately, the mattress appeared to be broken or damaged on one side. It was very uncomfortable and made it difficult for me to sleep properly. I didn't report it at the time because between jet lag and very busy days, I was simply too exhausted to deal with having it looked at or potentially changing rooms. Based on the incredible service we received everywhere else, I have no doubt the staff would have addressed it immediately had I said something. I mention it only because I hope the hotel checks the mattress for the next guest. Aside from that, our experience was exceptional. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, and truly wonderful staff. We left with great memories and would absolutely stay at the David Citadel again."
