"This is my go to hotel in Jerusalem. Within perfect walking distance of everything: Kotel, Ben Yehuda, Mahane Yehuda, the light rail, the train station. Huge rooms and bathrooms."
"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of.
The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do.
I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern and it felt like they catered to our needs. The breakfast was varied and delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. Our holiday stay over Passover had kosher food and religious accomodations. Excellent overall."
