"A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-("

"I booked for 5 nights & on the first night itself I had to change the room. The bathroom had a leak right above the toilet. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working. Mini refrigerators in all 4 rooms were stinking. 2 days they couldn't provide me with the bottled water. The room was never cleaned properly,"
