Had a great stay for 2 nights on a business solo trip from UK
Car parking instructions supplied worked perfectly
From a great welcome by Juan to a clean large room to comfortable bed and great shower and towels and AC that worked perfectly nothing to complain about.
Breakfast on both mornings was delivered downstairs with a smile and making sure u had all I needed.

Loved our stay. Arrived exhausted after a long flight from London, followed by a drive from JFK. Greeted warmly, offered welcome packs of water. There was system problems and they couldn’t get our room key set so offered to let us into our room with the master key, and slide room keys under the door once they fixed the system. Which they did.

Overall a great stay and we'll definitely be back, we noticed the floor probably could have been mopped a bit better as our socks were a bit dirty and replacing the single use cups with reusable would be a big upgrade.

The hotel is ideally situated for Simsbury based events. The parking is great and the breakfast buffet is very helpful. But the soundproofing between the rooms is awful. We were woken up nightly by other guests using the toilet in nearby rooms.
