"I had a brilliant stay at Hunters moon, Dean and his wife made me welcome as soon as I Came through the door. The Atmosphere was amazing and Dean was a real gentleman who was always looking out for me he was accommodating and always made sure I had all I needed. All the staff and residents made you feel like you had been there for years. They address me by name and ensured I received everything I requested. "Good location in centre of Sherborne. Very reasonably priced room and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pub has a car park and is also just 5/10 minutes walk from station. The delightful Sherborne abbey is just a very short walk from the inn and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable although there was occasional noise from the bar downstairs or outside tables. The Abbey is close by and the clock chimes might bother some. The food onsite is good whether you require breakfast or a meal. The room was well equipped and it suited me as a solo traveller very well. "

"Excellent junior suite. Newly built. Excellent restaurant and breakfast, free parking. The hotel is a 20 min walk from the centre of Sherborne. We will stay at the hotel again when travelling through Dorset. Highly recommend."
