"Our check-in was fine until we discovered the TV in the room didn't work properly. We were told no maintenance was available (this was about 4:30 p.m.), so we had to pick up everything and move to another room. The person who checked us in was fine, but there was another clerk who was rather snide and not nearly as friendly.
