This room was very clean, everything worked. We didn't use the exercise room or the indoor pool, however, the pool looked very clean and well kept. I only had 2 disappointments, first, a $50 deposit is required for each room in addition to the room cost, refunded after the stay, the 2nd was that when you pay for the room on a travel site, like Expedia, instead og the Holiday Inn site, breakfast is not included in the price, you pay separately for each person. Otherwise, perfect stay, front desk gentleman was great.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Cincinnati Liberty Way by IHG was truly excellent. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The fresh breakfast each morning offered plenty of good choices, and everything tasted great. The staff made our experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, but Kiran at the front desk stood out in an exceptional way. He was incredibly courteous, warm, and professional — he made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. Kiran is truly the face of the hotel, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
