The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again...

On the down side , I would like to see smart TVs that provide access to TVNZ Plus and Three Now. It is not necessary to have Netflix that would just be a plus. Also I found the lighting very dim and difficult for reading."
