"One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing.
