Lovely, large, clean room. Right next to the bus stop, easy commute in to the train lines. Breakfast was really nice. Housekeeping doing an amazing job.

A handy find. Only 5-6 stops on the T into the heart of Boston. Relaxed neighbourhood with range of shops, coffee bar over the road. On site valet parking at sensible cost. Cost about half the going rate in Downtown. Nice landscaped and beautifully maintained gardens belonging to the hotel at the rear.

We loved our time at the Iris Hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Daniel. The hotel and our room were spotless and there was lots of space to move around and store luggage etc.
We navigated the trams with ease and didn’t worry about a 5 day pass - we just tapped in and out with our phones. And it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop.

Stayed here for the World Cup in Boston. Family of 3 adults. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaned every day and towels changed. Breakfast was included in the stay. Lots of choice, hot and cold. Coffee/tea/water was available 24 hours a day. Lovely pool. Also a fitness suite. There was a bar/ restaurant attached to the hotel The Copper Tavern. Lovely cafe within walking distance Roots to Rise. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, reception staff, breakfast staff and house keeping....

Hotel is a beautiful period property in an ideal location. We had a gorgeous suite, very clean and stylish. Close to shops and restaurants, there’s a lovely walk through Commonwealth Avenue to Boston Park and the Beacon Hill area.
The staff at the Eliot Hotel couldn’t do enough, all so helpful and the doorman had worked there for 50 years - such a nice man.

Our stay was incredible! We loved this hotel and all the luxury touches and excellent service made this hotel special. The bed was super comfy with fine linen. The towels and robes were heavenly and high quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. We received cartons of water every day when returning to the hotel. Ahead of our stay we were able to request a fridge in our room which was set up for us and nice and cool. Being tea rather than coffee drinkers, we were provided with a electric...

A really comfortable room in a good location, particularly useful for accessing the airport as the Silver Line Way bus stop is literally around the corner.
Service was excellent and really helpful to us considering the times we arrived and wanted to get to the airport for.
Breakfast was good too.
