Rooms are basic and in need of modernising and decorating - old and dirty, and the doors are very insecure. Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. I have to say that with all of these minor problems they were rectified very quickly. ...

The room (11) was excellent, spotless and constantly serviced. All of your staff are extremely pleasant, constantly smiling, helpful and friendly - a joy to be with! Kobe is wonderful, especially the raised table overlooking the bay. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

Great owners and Rachel the cook was very nice abd helpful. As a retired chef, I can say this was a cool experience to relax and not cook while enjoying my stay here. Thanks to the owners! The receptionist could be a little bit sour acting, but the rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!

Beware of the cost of any boat related trips.There is a $16 per head charge if you go afloat in the Marine Park. There is also a lot of plastic pollution immediately in front of the hotels beach caused by the hundreds of decaying plastic sacks.
