"Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences ! Walk for 1 min there is a 7-11, Drive for 5 mins there is a local night market. Only few ants found in the corners ! I will come back again!"

"The location is in a quieter part of Bangkok and not a lot of walkable things to do which we knew before going. The staff is INCREDIBLE everything is very well maintained. The cafe is so lovely, I had one of the best lattes ever there. They are very attentive and all the little details around the property make it just a perfect little oasis. Highly recommend if you are staying in this side of Bangkok. "

"This is not a bad hotel,just not what it is advertised to be. Upon arrival I was shown to a pokey little room which was clearly not what I booked. When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. It is not an expensive hotel but I just wish hoteliers would be truthful in their description."

"At Yaya is a great value hotel that is conveniently located next to the Lak Song MRT station. I stayed here for over a week and had no issues with staying here. The only things were minor such as lacking a hot water kettle and a microwave (which I consider extras). It is very close to a modern Shopping Mall and getting a taxi was not a problem (most of the time). The location is in an alley which makes it quiet, but made navigation for taxis an issue a couple of times. There is a parking lot...

"Property was convenient but not easy to find because it is down a narrow road off the main street. Be careful to turn left immediately after main mall. Parkinf is good but can fill up quick. Room and amenities sufficient. Staff very helpful."
