Using ice in warm sparkling water turns it into chilled still water. The second negative was parking. When we arrived we asked if there was a charge for parking since we were staying there and self parking"

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Me and my family took a “daycation” to watch the Hawks vs Cavs game(GO HAWKS!) and it was perfectly situated for us to walk there and back. The rooms are very classy yet with a touch of modern and the staff was helpful and friendly. (Jamaal& Kat at the front desk. & TJ our server for breakfast) My wife and I plan on returning to visit the pool side bar area for our 8 year wedding anniversary. Looking forward to it. “They got this one right!”"

"Where do I begin? We arrived very early and asked if early check‑in was possible. We were told yes, but there was a $75 fee, which was definitely a sticker shock. We decided to pay it. Check‑in itself was flawless and completely issue‑free. Before going any further, I want to mention that about 95% of the staff were beyond amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. I will address the remaining 5% later. The room was nice, but not worth the price charged. You are essentially paying for location and convenience, not luxury. The robes in the room were a plus, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The bathroom amenities were okay; however, I am not a fan of full‑size body wash and lotion bottles, especially in 2026 when there are still many sick people out there and items can be tampered with. Because of this, I chose to use my own bathroom amenities. As for food and beverage, we visited The Nestle on a slow Friday night. We were seated quickly around 8:50 PM for a light dinner, but that was about as fast as things moved. I ordered buffalo wings and my friend ordered a burger. It took almost 40 minutes for our food to arrive. By that point, I didn’t complain when I was given wings that were not the flavor I ordered—I had already waited too long to send them back. Unfortunately, the wings were over‑fried and still not the flavor I requested. The waiter was okay, but only checked on us two or three times and never updated us on the delay. We ended"
