"This was probably one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in a while. The room was clean and spacious, lobby was nice, and the hallways had cool murals of sea creatures. But the little things stood out too. The soaps and shampoos smelled really good. There were many cubbies and shelves for a family to use. The towels were soft. The associates were helpful and funny. The location was perfect for our aquarium visit and close to some real tasty local restaurants. I’d be very glad to stay here again. "

I have to say the staff really turned things around. The hospitality here is what truly stands out. The team was attentive, patient, and willing to help resolve the issues I brought up. Once everything was addressed, my stay became much more comfortable. I especially want to give a big shout‑out to Tamika, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Every hotel has its hiccups, but what matters most is how the staff responds, and in that area The Connally really delivered.
