"Staff was very friendly. Junior suite was spacious corner room and had a good view. Annoyed by "destination fee" of $30/night plus $5 tax on the fee. Junior suite had expresso machine rather than regular simple coffee maker. I couldn't get it to work."

"We have stayed at this hotel last year. Our visit this year was terrible. We checked in on Thursday & we were told the room would be cleaned on Saturday. It wasn’t, so we talked to the front desk on Saturday night & they assured us it would be cleaned on Sunday. Sunday night when we got back, no one had touched the room, so we were out of toilet paper, no new towels, bed in disarray, etc. We had to contact the front desk yet again & someone came up to service the room at 9:00 at night. This is unacceptable service."

"The hotel is fine. Location overlooks Nats Park which is nice. The staff on day of check out were less than helpful. Came to town to run a race and I asked the day before for late check out. Told to ask the next morning. Asked then and told to ask later. Asked later and they said oh we have reached our limit. I asked multiple times before said limit was reached. Eventually got them to give me 30 mins but that was not without a lot of issues with them. I won’t go back."

"No wardrobe. 6 hangers for 2 of us , we came for a black tie gala. Tuxedo ball gowns etc. Bathroom door is a sliding glass, with large opening, so no privacy. Shower has low pressure , hard to shower, forget about washing your hair. Drain.is flat, junk stays at your feet when showering. 2 tiny drowers under the small fridge for our small clothes BreakfastOverpriced. selfserve $28 Buffet, with dried-out limited food ! plus expect tip on that? Charged us $9 for a bottle of water ! after we chevjed out which we did not even consume..When I asked about this I was told in a strict email how they took it very seriously to charge people and they paid. Like we were some thieves trying to get away with a bottle of water. We are doctors, can afford to pay $9 but a higher level hospitality business would realise the importance of good customer service. They won $9 but lost customers. We travelo to DC often for meetings Not to this place again."
