"Good value, roomy and comfy. The mini-kitchen was nice, but we did not use it. Noticed that there were no plates, pans, utensils or anything to allow us to use it if we had wanted to. Also, were unable to get the TV to work, but were too tired to ask for help. Neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed the Washington Wild Things baseball game, just 6 min walk away."

"The first thing we noticed was there were no bath towels in the room. Later I noticed there was no complimentary shampoo, but there were two body lotions. It seems housekeeping needs to pay better attention to detail. When I returned to the front desk for bath towels, there was another guest getting his set of towels, too. Cleanliness was okay but could have been better. The hotel is impressively large but doesn't appear to have the number of staff to maintain it. The decor was fancy but...

"We stayed here because it is extremely convenient to the Amtrak Station. We were late checking in but the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The building itself is really quite nice - previously a federal reserve bank. I Don’t miss checking out the vaults in the basement! "
