"The Executive Harbour suite is worth the price. We had a beautiful view of the harbour, bridge and the Opera house. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the suite. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canepes offered a good spread. Some items were a bit dated. For example the bluetooth speaker was not working but the staff promptly provided us with a replacement. Overall it was a good stay."

"Nice room in a good location. Room was noisy in the mornings with street sweepers. Can imagine it would be loud on a weekend with the pub below. Also a terrible sewage smell in the entrance to the buildings. Parking off site is very expensive!"

"Breakfast really exceeded my expectations, lots of choice and great quality, definitely the best breakfast I've had in a hostel. Hostel is very modern and clean, with nice events: I especially loved the Friday $5 lasagna night. Booked a female only room and felt safe throughout my stay, really liked the design of the bunk beds with their curtains, lights and convenient charging points. Only improvement I would suggest right now is proper lockers rather than trays under the beds for personal belongings."

"The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel also was fantastic. The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, which was disappointing. Even after requesting that the room be refreshed, the cleanliness did not improve. The room remained dusty and dirty, and it appeared that the floor had not been vacuumed. Housekeeping seemed to consist only of making the bed and replacing the towels, without thoroughly cleaning the room."
