英語が不慣れで、チェックイン出来る時間も遅めの時間だったので、行き着くまで心配もありましたが、スタッフさんの対応がとても親切でホテル内のレストランの夕食のブッキングもしてくださり、不安なく楽しく過ごすことができました。また、ホテルから専用口で動物園へのアクセスが営業時間中は自由に出来るので、動物好きにはたまらないホテルだと思います。 ホテルの敷地内にも動物がいて目の前にいろんな動物達がいる環境なのでとても特別な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice out look of part of the zoo with resident Kangaroos. It was nice to access to the Zoo and the location of being able to jump on the Ferry to get around and access to buses was great. Food at the Restaurant was beautiful and view amazing.

We got the animal view room and it was great. The koala was well in sight and felt very private besides just seeing a few people on the sanctuary tour but that was still fine. Facilities were nice and great access to the zoo

Wow, what an experience I loved every minute of my stay. Location was fantastic right within the zoo and also with easy access to Sydney. The staff were amazing. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I hope to stay again.

Fantastic stay in Animal view room. Bonus was the great view of Sydney Harbour. Room very clean and good tea coffee facilities. Staff Fantastic from reception to all the Zookeepers taking the tours. Food in restaurant and staff service Excellent. Excellent mini break. Bonus quick access to the zoo. Look forward to another visit.

Staying at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga Zoo was a wonderful experience. We had access to the zoo for the entire duration of our stay. Our room had a view of the Harbour Bridge and we overlooked the Grey Kangaroo exhibit. The on-site Me-Gal restaurant overlooks the harbour. This is where we had our daily breakfast (included in the price of our stay) and a wonderful dinner. Free carpark was a bonus. A ferry service and buses are available for those wishing to go into the CBD. Very friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay if you want to explore the Taronga Zoo! The hotel and staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed the views of the harbor from the hotel bar and restaurant.
