"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!!
Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get.
Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property.

"Great location, good food+drink. The bed's and pillows are very soft with spotless white bedding. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, nice big TV and nice clean rooms. My only criticism is that being disabled I had to pay £20 per night parking the same as anybody else, I thought it would be free or discounted for blue badge holders, that is my only criticism. The staff were excellent. Great hotel."
