"Room and hotel.colors are very dark. Black walls and dark carpet. Lighting in room not great. But overall it was clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly and very attentive. I just didn't like all the dark colors it made the inside of the hotel feel dark and dingy."

"Our room was still dirty someone else make up stuff was under the cabinet on the floor of the bathroom found hair in our bed amongst a ton of dust around the headboard. We also had to park so far from our room and walk at night because it was so crowded. We saw quite a few cars without parking passes. Didn't complain stayed a few hours and left early the next morning. Won't be back.."

"My kids were in the indoor pool and a another guest told us no one should go in there due to a bathroom accident. There were no signs, but hotel management was notified. When an employee appeared we asked about this and employee confirmed this was the case and no one should swim. When we asked about a sign, or any physical notification, the employee said there's no way of notifying guests, which was shocking to us. On our way out, we clearly saw other guests head to the indoor pool unaware it was unsafe to swim. Gross! -Steve P."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs!! We reserved two rooms for two nights. BOTH ROOMS were filthy. There was pubic hairs on the one bed. Some other kinda hair on the others. I called and asked for beds to be CHANGED. They came in and brushed the hairs off, turned over the pillows and moved on to the other room. We had six kids. It’s sad when none wanted to stay there. The bathtub was dirty. Elevator said it was on floor 82? There isn’t 82 floors. The stairs were scary and dark with emergency tags hanging. I ended up having to check right back out. No way was I sleeping where I wasn’t sure if bed sheets were clean and staff didn’t even care. BEWARE!!!! It’s beyond filthy!!!"
