"Room was very clean, had a little bit of a strange smell when we first arrived and the bathroom smelled a little bit like drainage. We opened the window in the washroom and kept the door locked so it wasn't a problem. Staff is lovely and has a nice dog as well! We did the Safari through the hotel and it was a great experience! "Hotel would not honour the rate / amenities booked. At check-in informed they would not provide the amenities (game drive, afternoon tea each day) that were listed in the rate I booked. The manager blamed Expedia. The manger gave in partially and offered 1 x complimentary game drive, but this was not what we booked. Additional big negative. Room was also freezing. Asked for a blanket and told none were available - manager had an extra sheet delivered. We were told to wear more clothes if...
