"This property offered value for money - it was cheap. In its heyday, it must have been a very nice hotel but maintenance has fallen behind over the years. The common areas are fine but the rooms and exterior/grounds are very tired and badly need to be updated. Perhaps the owners can't afford it - there were only 4 guests booked in on the night we stayed."

"Staff were Friendly and nice. Outside the property is nice. Food is good. We got a room in ground floor overlooking a neighbor house. "Mmmm...on arrival we were made to feel very unwelcomed. We were not expected and then was criticised for booking through Expedia because the $ the host received was a much smaller % compared to other booking groups! (I then learnt that Hotels.com is owned by Expedia!!) We got an 'upgrade' which was not necessary. The rest of the o/n stay was pleasant."
