Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

It is not located in the most convenient or nicest part of Reading and also we did not appreciate the incredibly inflexible no-cancellation policy and also an excessively high damage deposit, which did make the whole experience feel excessively "corporate".
