"The hotel advertised pool open May to September. It actually open on Memorial Day. We booked for the pool on May 2nd. The whole outdoor area was closed for the season."

Nice enough but as soon as you step off the elevator from the parking lot to the lobby, heavy and unpleasant aromas of cigarette smoke as the entrance to the casino is also right off the elevator. When checking in with our child, we were informed that the casual restaurants wouldn't allow underage customers so we'd have to do take out. The pool is very small so we didn't use it although the hot tub looked inviting. Room was a little above average but when we got back after a concert we wanted to watch TV and it wouldn't turn on. It was late so we told the front desk in the morning and they were supposed to send somebody to fix it. We get back to the room at 6 PM that day and the TV still wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk and they said they would send somebody up. Nobody ever came up. I can live without TV but that night my wife wasn't feeling well and we were in the room from 6 PM through the whole night. Nobody ever came and zero follow up. TV was fully plugged in but finally after a few hours of waiting, I unplugged it for 30 seconds and then plugged it back in. In worked after that but it was too late to really help kill the time. I'm sure they'd prefer that their guests not pull the TV out and mess with the wires though. I know as a guest that I would prefer not to mess with it either."
