"We stayed for 6 nights in a hotel double queen. Pretty central location for most things. Located on a side road off of the parkway. Room was dated but clean. Outside pool area was my kids favorite part of our whole vacation. We didnt use the inside one at all. We didn't really interact with any staff , so no comment there. Breakfast was standard free breakfast but was filled quickly when emptied. Slight complaints: we stayed in 217, and 218 was having work done or something most of our stay. One night, the noise went until 10pm. Exactly 10pm. We wanted to use the washer and dryer but the hotel didnt have a change machine, and the machines ONLY took quarters. And when we asked the front desk, the person recommended a nearby laundromat. I hope within the next couple years that they finish updating all the rooms and switch to a card reading washer/dryer. Still 5 stars because my kids had the "best vacation ever" and already miss the pool. Would return."

"At Hotel, the Staff and communications were excellent, online payment - Room Amenties, cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Hotel was being remodeled at the time of visit which left parking and normal access to building difficult to access. We were unfamiliar with the area and the one way streets made it even harder to get inside building. Google Maps was not helping the situation Either. Other than that once we parked, life was grea"
