"We stay at this hotel to catch an early flight out to Sapporo the next day, very convenient location. The room was clean and very spacious which was perfect to accommodation our luggage. Excellent service provided by staff. I would recommend for people with early flights to catch."

"The hotel offers all night onsen bath, as well as complimentary ice popsicles and mini ice cream treats for you to enjoy after taking a bath (or not). Also provides complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 pm (last for maybe two hours) on 1/F. Excellent service overall and definitely will stay here again in the future."

"It is a very new hotel, new concept of hotel management, so we are old age learning new way of hotel staying ! :) Remember this hotel is 10am checked out , I didn’t notice it … so we ere a bit late to checkout, but the lady in charge is very friendly and helpful, very polite too ! All in all, the hotel provides us a clean and safety environment! Happy stay ! Thank you !"

"Just Infront of the hotel there is a bus stop and a shopping mall opposite.The hotel are new and overall are great .And not very far from the station and Wakayama Castle .Had a great stay "
